Guest Assistance Cards

Writer's picture: Emmy ThompsonEmmy Thompson

Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo Disney Sea used to offer Guest Assistance Cards. These cards were meant to help guests with disabilities and worked similar to Disney World's (Orlando, Florida) Disability Fast Pass ("Das Pass").

As of July 1st, 2019, this service is no longer available since new rules have been applied to the parks. Other support and assistance is available and is listed under each corresponding blog post on this website, and on Disney's website it is listed under the barrier-free section.

If you are a wheelchair user, ask the cast member at the front if there is a wheelchair line. Most of the time, they will take you backstage or through the fast-pass line so that they can assist you with getting on the attraction. The Guest Assistance Card used to do this; however even without the card, this service is still provided.

If you have a different disability and the line is too long for you to be in for an extended period of time, ask the cast member at the ride, and depending on a few factors, they may be able to assist you by letting you through the fast-pass line. Fast-pass is also available to all guests for free. Simply go to the attraction and go to the fast-pass booths. Put in your ticket, and a fast-pass for a return time will be given to you. Come back to the attraction at your designated time, and you can enter the shorter queue line. Fast-pass is not available at all attractions. Fast-pass rides are indicated on the maps as well has the mobile app.
